Our policy lasts 45 days from date of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase or would like an exchange, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will make it right for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final determination of your refund or exchange.
If you requested an exchange, then a shipment will be prepared and a new tracking number will be issued to you at no further cost.
If you requested a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
